Horizontal Rail Deck Supports

Horizontal Rail Deck Supports

I was not very happy to find that the local store sold these for around $8.00 a piece, so I designed this with my son and made it a father/son bonding experience. He learned some Fusion360, and he learned how to fix the rails on our deck. I suggest using the highest infill you can, this is to support a guard rail on your deck, or keep your existing rails from slipping around. This was printed with Inland Black PLA, 1.75mm, 210C, with a 60 degree heated bed. One version is for a new install (with a back), the other was intended to be a repair to an existing rail (without a back).
