Horizontal Low Profile Prusa MMU2 Frame Holder
thingiverse
I mounted my MMU2 horizontally because I typically place the printer on top of a lack table with spools inside unless I need to print something warp-prone, then I move the printer into an enclosure and put the spools on top for easy access. However, the original version of this model was too tall to fit inside my lack enclosure so I created this one. I also shifted the unit backwards to allow room for the tubing to curve upward when printing tall prints. Recently, I completed a 180mm tall print and it seemed to work perfectly. Someone else out there could probably use this, so I'm sharing it with you. Enjoy! P.S. Be gentle when installing or uninstalling!
