I recently had to replace my Bluetooth headset clip after it broke off, so I went in search of a suitable replacement. This one stood out because it keeps the cord perfectly horizontal, just like in the product image. What's more, there are two versions available - 12mm and 16mm - with the larger size giving me a much better fit on my shirts.
