I've printed this model via SLA at 100-micron layers and achieved acceptable results, though I haven't tried printing it on an FDM printer yet, so your mileage may vary. The pendant is noticeably smaller than the one shown in the game, measuring only about 38mm across. If you need a larger pendant, consider scaling up by a factor of 1.2 to start with.
