This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 8 and later adapted into multiple formats for compatibility. Its native file type is .skp while the 3ds Max scene utilized version 2016 of the software with Vray 3.00 rendering engine to produce detailed images. Constructed as a joint-venture by JSI in partnership with Japan's Itochu Corporation, this eighteen-story office building marked a significant milestone for the latter as their inaugural construction project within Indonesia back in 1974. Built across eighteen levels above ground and featuring an underground parking facility accommodating four hundred and fifty vehicles, this building offers nearly nineteen thousand square meters of rentable space. Now operated by PT Skyline Building, numerous Japanese corporations occupy its premises.
