Horizon T500 Digital Speed Sensor

This digital speed sensor for motor jm05-015 malfunctioned over time due to a warped plastic mold. The motor repeatedly brushed against the sensor, resulting in an earsplitting noise that was unbearable. Fortunately, since the electronics were still intact, I didn't need to replace the entire unit. Instead, I opted to print a replacement part. While it's not a perfect match, this new part is serviceable, although it lacks two crucial screw holes and doesn't extend the protective cover as far as the original model did. It's crucial to exercise caution when working with the motor while it's in operation, lest you risk getting hurt. One notable drawback of this solution is that it warps after approximately an hour of continuous use at 2.0 miles per hour due to the PLA material used for printing and excessive heat generated by the motor.
