Hori Rap 4 Cable Cover
thingiverse
The model itself is too massive for my 3D printer, so I had to segment it, but I included the full version in case your 3D printer is large enough or if you want to make a more precise split. Printed and fitted successfully into a friend's Rap 4. Some key points to note: * I was unable to utilize CURA for this project. For some reason, it has difficulty printing the sides. I used slic3r instead. * I printed this in PLA, though ABS would be preferable. I had to sand down the clips that hold the cover closed since the PLA wasn't flexible enough to bend much. * The measurements are quite tight. If you print a brim and fail to remove it fully, it may not fit right. * I didn't bother to curve the outward-facing side, so there's a bit of a mismatch. This was done since I didn't want to use supports, but you may want to edit this thing and add the curve yourself. * I'm not familiar with uploading files without a license.
