My design for the old Hoover Windtunnel pipe cover. Care should be taken to install as the hinge pins are thin, but it seems to be a really good fit. I printed on my Ender 3 with PLA. I printed with a 5mm nozzle set to 4.5mm bead. I used supports for the hinge pin, but otherwise it's not needed.
