managed to break both cable hooks on my wind tunnel vacuum. designed these to fix the vacuum. top can be printing upside down on the flat hook portion with supports on bed only, the supported portions will be covered so it doesn't ruin the aesthetics. Bottom bracket can be oriented to print without supports, it's not as strong this way, but it doesn't need supports. Printed top hook at .2 layer height and bottom hook at .24 both turned out great. Used Sandoz PLA + on both prints, 5 layer walls. Used dense infill on the top hook because it's more fragile (I think 60%) and 20% on the bottom hook. I originally printed it upright with supports and regular PLA with 20% infill and only 2 layer walls and it broke. Be careful mounting the bottom hook, there are lots of different versions of this vacuum, and there is a suction tunnel in the middle of the plastic piece it mounts to. If you mount the cable hook into this suction portion you'll have to seal the screw after you mount the hook. Mounted bottom cable hook using 4 #4-40 x 1/2 machine screws with nuts attached on the back. I didn't need washers for that. Top hook is mounted using the original screw and a washer.
