I took the broken part from my job and decided to turn it into a straightforward modeling and 3D printing project. The threads on this part were custom-made, which meant they didn't match any pre-set standards in Fusion 360 by default. To prevent cracking at the thinner tip of the plastic, I thickened up some walls.
