Hooty Decora Plate

I present to you a replacement plate for Decora style electrical covers. This model features Hooty from The Owl House! I sourced the [Hooty model](https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/75974-the-owl-house-hooty) from kaje on PrusaPrinters.org and the blank Decora plate from mmasson (listed in remixed from). Before moving forward I modified the blank plate to drop it down to the print bed and not require any supports. I simply scaled down Hooty and combined the meshes using MeshMixer.
