Hooks rack for Skadis

Here is a hook rack with six hooks that can be mounted onto the IKEA Skådis board. The hook rack is 120 mm wide, and if you need more hooks, several hook racks can be mounted next to each other. The hooks come in different sizes, with S being 15mm (0.6"), M being 21mm (0.8"), and L being 27mm (1.1").If you are looking for stand-alone hooks, take a look at this one: Skadis hook collectionInstallation The hook rack is mounted on the Skadis board using a T-nut that is made to fit M3 screws. T-nuts provide a strong and secure hold and are easy to install and remove by using a screwdriver. There are two different versions of the hook rack one with countersunk holes and the other with flat holes, which one to use depends on the type of screw you are using. The screws that will fit should be about 15 mm in length.Place the screw in the T-nut through the holes in the hook rack and screw it in until the T-nut is about 2-3 mm from the back of the hook rack, insert the T-nuts vertically through the Skadis holes, then as you tighten the screw the T-nut will turn and lock the hook rack to the board.You can find and download the matching T-nut from: Skadis T-nut for M3 screw. Printing and print settingsPrint the hook rack flat on the bottom for best result. In the model files, parts are oriented in the best printing direction. Use e.g. PLA for printing with a layer height of 0.2mm or less and a nozzle width of 0.4mm or less. A wall thickness of at least 4-5 lines and an infill of 50% or 100% if you prefer a solid hook rack.
