I crafted this rugged adapter using 3D printing technology with PLA plus material, specifically designed for mounting a Lowrance Hook2 5 on my Kawasaki Ultra jet ski's mirror. The adapter has proven itself by withstanding the extreme conditions and rough handling that jet skis are known for. To attach it, simply remove the mirror head and secure it using one bolt, a few washers, and a nyloc nut.
