Hook

Hook

thingiverse

I create simple hooks to fit any furniture with a border of 16mm thickness. My family needed a bag for used diapers that could be easily hung from the changing table, so I designed my first piece using this technique. Testing the design with a heavy load of 2kg proved it worked flawlessly - but the maximum weight capacity is unknown and may need further experimentation. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa Wilson TS Print Settings: Rafts: Off Supports: None Resolution: High-resolution prints with 0.3mm layers, 0.4 nozzle diameter. Infill Percentage: Printing at 35% infill. Notes: On my first attempt, both ends warped due to thermal stress. Adding a brim prevented the warping and the hook printed perfectly.
