Hook-Hand Attachment for Legacy Scraphook

Add-on piece for Transformers Legacy Evolution Scraphook so that he can use his tow hook as a hook-hand. It's based on Animated Lockdown's hook hand arm, as Scraphook's retool Axelgrease will likely be retooled into Lockdown and I'm not convinced he'll be able to do the hook-hand thing well. I find it looks best if you flip the hand over and slot the connector into the bottom of the hand.
