No one bothered to create this so I took matters into my own hands. It's 10 inches long and I crafted it using PiggyJJ's blade, transforming it into a hook. Just in case anyone gets upset with me, I used his design for the blade itself but came up with something entirely original for the hook part - aside from utilizing his blade, of course. Since it incorporates his blade design, it should work seamlessly with his hidden blade system. 12/7/2017: I realized that the hook blade could use some refinement, so I plan to redesign it later on, aiming to create a design more reminiscent of the actual hook blade from Assassin's Creed Revelations.
