Hook Aligner
thingiverse
Designed to help people with shaking hands, poor eyesight, or just not enough patience to more quickly and easily thread their fishing hook with their line. There is a groove for short hooks and one for longer ones, just put the shank of the hook in the groove with the eye in the hole, then put the fishing line in the funnel on the other side. Once its through the eye of the hook, slide it out the slot in the side of the funnel, and tie your knot. Small enough to fit in a tackle box, just big enough to keep a grip on. Have to print at a low layer height for the fish hook graphic to show up, I used 0.15 mm. Print laying on it's back, with support on build plate. Just needs a little for the cavity. Probably would work even better in resin, but I haven't tried. I've also been told this can work for some larger sewing needles, so a remix that is sized for small needles may be coming soon!
