Hook

Generic hooks for clothes and miscellaneous items use 4mm fastening screws to secure firmly to a wall. The Elegant Hook can also be utilized with double-sided adhesive for added convenience. The Elegant Hook is the final iteration of hook design, comprising two distinct components - the base plate and the hook itself. I successfully printed it using my Cetus3D without requiring any post-processing beyond briefly exposing it to light from a lighter to restore its original glossy finish after removing the support material. Cetus3D settings for the Elegant Hook include normal quality, a 0.4mm nozzle, a 0.2 mm layer height, and 65% infill, with the model printed upright on its side and supported from below. The v1_2 hook design is based on the peen-inspired Hook_peen and features an integrated lid to enhance its appearance when mounted on a wall. It prints well using my Cetus3D mk3 without any need for post-processing, with the lid securely snapping into place once the hook is attached to the wall. After removing the raft, simply flash the bottom surface of the v1_2 hook with light from a lighter to restore its original glossy finish. Cetus3D settings for this design include normal quality, a 0.4 mm nozzle, a 0.20 mm layer height, and 65% infill, with the model printed upright on its side and supported from below. The v1_0 Hook peen requires no raft or support material and prints effectively using any available printer.
