This design may prove to be straightforward: a simple lever system hinged by a basic spring. In retrospect, a rather sudden realization hit me – whether innovative or mundane, I've chosen to share it nonetheless in the hope that others facing manual challenges may find this idea worth their consideration. Future refinement and iteration will be required before this concept reaches its full potential. After implementing revisions, my initial hook prototype has been reimagined with an essential feature added – a pivot mechanism operated by a standard wing nut, enabling secure grasp. A small strip of silicone is applied to the surface for improved grip, which should greatly benefit functionality.
