These are 3-D printed hoof covers for digitigrade stilts my wife made for her Satyr Renaissance Fair costume. The stilts are simple wooden digitigrade stilts that were pretty easy to make (you can find several tutorials online, for example this one). The 3-D printed covers look great, and more importantly, are lightweight and durable. As these are covers only, all the weight of the wearer is on the stilts themselves.

These covers are made for ~85 mm wide (1x4 lumber) stilts; you may need to adjust them for your own project. After printing, smooth it out and paint, then attach with wood glue and/or screws.

For printing, cut off a few mm from the bottom so that it adheres to the build plate.

I included the Blender source file, along with two variants of the hoof in STL format. The two variants are left and right leg versions, and have some subtle changes between them so that they aren't exact mirrors. As a reference, I also included an STL with the shape of the stilt structure, which was used to scult this model.
