Honeywell toroidal fan blade
thingiverse
Printed in PETG. To remove the original blade I used a small flathead to pry the metal ring on the shaft until it breaks off (the small metal retaining ring). I then used pliers to pull it from the shaft. The fan blade should slide off pretty easily after the ring is removed. to install new blade just slide it on. It should be a pretty snug fit, if it is too small of a hole you can carefully drill it out with a 15/64 in bit. if its too big you can just add some masking tape to the shaft until it is is snug fit (the blade should be difficult to remove).
