One of the major vulnerabilities in the Honeywell North respirators lies within the top adjustment latch, which keeps the strap securely fastened to the mask's face. After just two months of constant use, mine snapped completely. To prevent this from happening, the design incorporates an M5 bolt and washers alongside the latch itself. I designed this solution using Solidworks software. For optimal printing results, use 50% infill with no raft or support material.
