Honeywell Fan Connector
thingiverse
Here's how I fixed my Honeywell fan when the original part broke - I made one myself! I couldn't find a replacement, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a new one. The original part was made of very brittle metal, which is why PLA works perfectly. It's strong, durable, and can withstand the stress without breaking easily. I've gone through several designs for this fan, but this latest version seems to be the most reliable so far. If anyone experiences a failure, please let me know and share some photos of the part - it'll help me improve the design even further. Remember, use this at your own risk! Failure can result in a loud racket, bent fins, and even burnt-out motors if left unattended. But I've been using this version for a while now, and I haven't had any issues yet.
