Honeywell C200 CPU Door

This is a replacement CPU door for the Honeywell C200 Process Controller platform. Years of solid operation have taken their toll on the plastics used in the C200 platform, leading to a decline in condition and making spare cosmetic parts hard to find. In response, I designed this cover to replace those that have broken beyond repair. A design for the bottom hinge has also been included, as the factory hinge tends to break off from the CPU chassis when it becomes old and brittle. If only the end of the original hinge has broken off, the new one will slide over the remaining stump. Note 1: The bottom locking clip was not included in this design due to its tendency to break off easily during the FDM printing process. For those who require a bottom locking clip, it can be printed separately and glued to the inside of the door. An updated version with a cutout for this feature may be created later. Note 2: This design may also fit an equivalent Allen Bradley (Rockwell) ControlLogix CPU, as both the C200 and ControlLogix were built on the same hardware platform.
