This is a replacement magnet holder for a Honeywell 5816 Wireless Sensor designed to utilize cheap round rare-earth magnets instead of the larger bar magnet used by the original. It's sized pretty close, as I modeled it off an original magnet. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.22 Infill: 20% Notes: Sliced with Cura Lulzbot Edition using Standard ABS settings (0.22mm height, 20% infill). This should be a fairly easy print, but there may be some bridging issues if your printer isn't tuned properly, and it actually helps hold the magnet in place. Post-Printing I used these magnets http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html, which seem to work for me. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to push the magnet into the holder, being careful not to slip and stab yourself. Mount with double-sided sticky tape (I recommend 3M VHB-style tape). How I Designed This Designed in FreeCad 0.16. The -2.75 is in reference to the height of the opening. The magnet measures 2mm, but it's nearly impossible to wedge the magnet in with a 2mm opening. I redesigned it twice before settling on the 2.75mm opening.
