This model is a scaled-down version, measuring at 1/10 scale, perfect for 3D printing with materials like nylon or PETG. Its robust construction caters to high-impact robotic uses; it has been meticulously optimized through Solidworks Simulation to ensure maximum strength. The initial 3D print revealed that the honeycomb walls were excessively thin towards the middle, hence an updated file was created to rectify this issue, ensuring successful prints.
