This is a highly detailed, 1/10 scale model wheel, boasting a 2-inch diameter, expertly crafted for 3D printing using flexible materials such as nylon or PETG. Engineered to withstand extreme ruggedness, this design is specifically tailored for high-impact robotic applications that demand maximum durability. By leveraging Solidworks Simulation, the design has been tweaked for optimal strength and performance. Carefully designed with Solidworks, every aspect of this model wheel has been meticulously crafted to ensure seamless integration in a wide range of robotic systems. To validate its robustness, I conducted a thorough test print using PLA on my Anycubic Kossel Delta printer, which had been modified with Trinamic 2100 stepper drivers and V6 hotend for enhanced precision and control.
