I've been using subpar 120mm filters that I pieced together with duct tape for my Corsair H100 240mm radiator until I realized that I have a 3D printer large enough to produce such a print. The design should fit any 240mm radiator and is optimized to utilize 12mm carbon filter foam, which can be purchased on eBay at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-18-x12-DIY-ACTIVATED-CARBON-IMPREGNATED-FOAM-FILTER-SHEET-/271092373520?hash=item3f1e5d5810:g:DXAAAOxyYYlRvUvi. Included is a file for a standard 120mm fan filter, as well as the filter template, which I haven't tested; however, the STP files for both are included so you can modify them as you see fit. All comments, suggestions, and tips are greatly appreciated.
