Honeycomb Extrusion

To create a honeycomb extrusion as a template, I import the design into SpaceClaim software, scale it to the desired size and intersect it with my hollow part. Next, I cut the honeycomb structure inside the cavity using the hollow part. The excess material is then removed, leaving behind a honeycomb pattern within the hollow section. This technique helps in reducing material usage when manufacturing 3D printed molds.
