Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant: Cessna Citation CJ4 Lever Set
thingiverse
If you have a Bravo Throttle Quadrant and love to fly the Cessna Citation CJ4 (or any bizjet for that matter), you can make your simulation more immersive by printing these CJ4 inspired levers. Flap and spoiler levers are pretty straightforward - print as oriented, add a little brim for the spoiler lever, join the flap lever with hot glue or similar. As for the throttles, it is a little more complicated. I designed them to stick on the default GA levers, in order to keep the TOGA button. Steps: 1. print two of them as oriented 2. fully insert the default GA throttle in the largest piece 3. fully insert the middle sized piece after it, in a way that the bump is aligned 4. after fully inserted, turn the middle piece 180 degrees with a flat head screwdriver 5. cover the assembly with the smallest finishing piece 6. repeat for the other lever There is no glue needed, although if you will take them on and off frequently, the finishing piece will not stick to the middle piece, so perhaps add a bit of double sided tape. CAUTION: The throttle lever No. 2 should be fitted to the quadrant in an opposite way to the default. In order to make this happen you need to alter the hole on the lever to make it fit with sharp screwdriver, knife, punch, or whatever. I recommend 0,1 mm layer height if you can spare the time - they will look better. I printed them in PETG but PLA should be fine too.
