Honeycomb Bravo flaps Boeing style (upd. 24.10.2023)
thingiverse
I wanted to have simple design for Boeing style flap lever and not sacrifice one lever for cage, like other designs. So this is what i came up with. In this design you lift the spring loaded flaps lever and turn it to wanted position. Hope you enjoy. ---------------------------------------------- Known issues: - Cage is reducing lever range at highest point. You can work around this by calibration. ---------------------------------------------- Version 2 (15.07.2023) - Added stiffer plug (0,2 mm longer pin) - Replaced B737 cages with spec 2 cages (compatible with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6124319) - Made B373 cage slots deeper - Added cages for ATR, Cessna and A320 ---------------------------------------------- Version 3 (24.10.2023) - Changed plug and slider to gen2 (100% compatible with all previous parts) - Replaced spring loaded pin with lock pin. Now it should hold :) Assemble plug, spring and slider Push lock pin ~1mm in to plug hole Push plug all the way down to lever Push lock pin fully in !! For removal, you need some tool to pull the lock pin out !! You may want to print some extra lock pins. They are small and get lost easily ;)
