Honey gate

Honey gate

thingiverse

This is a honey gate, engineered to fit seamlessly into the lid or wall of a plastic bucket for effortless access to honey within. It's designed with ease of cleaning in mind and minimizes waste of precious honey. To assemble it, you'll require two food-safe 34.5 x 2 mm o-rings specifically for the STL version. You can adjust the o-ring variables to accommodate the o-rings you have on hand, but refrain from going smaller than 34.5mm. Additionally, you'll need two stainless steel M6 bolts and wingnuts to securely fasten the lid to the main component. For optimal results, I highly recommend printing on glass so that you end up with two extremely smooth surfaces in contact, forming a tight seal.
