Wanted something to keep the keys of the wall, so decided to make a “shield” that somewhat resembles honey dripping down.Added a guide bar to an empty hexagon to make aligning the two pieces easier, I used universal glue to join them. Tips and TricksFor one “shield” you need to print at least one hexagon (preferably one with guide) and one drip variation.Hexagon are both in original and 90% scale. You need to choose the same scale as the “wallbase” was printed in!Drip variations don't need to be scaled, guide slot made to fit both "90%" and "Original" scale.Getting hexagons out again is VERY hard if pressed all the way in, especially blank ones, so make sure everything is as you want it before committing. If you are using a wide variation of drip you might want to print one or two of the blank hexagon so the “honey" is not dripping from empty slots. These are all meant to be placed under a hexagon with key attachment.Drip Variation Three have two guide grooves on the back. Only glue a hexagon to one of them, the distance is NOT measured! It will most likely not work with hexagons glued to both grooves at original scale! It might work at 90% scale, but test the fit first!I have only printed the hexagons at 90% scale one as I printed the original “wallbase” in 90%. Both hexagon models are lifted from the original hexagon named “keyhook” so it should be all good in standard size as well, but do test before committing.
