This is a heavy-duty kickstand pad for the XR650L, engineered to significantly increase the surface area of the kickstand pad by 400%. As a result, the risk of it sinking into mud, sand, or soft asphalt is dramatically reduced. In addition to the printed parts, two M6x12 and two M6x16 bolts are required, along with threadlock and four plain M6 nuts for secure installation. To further enhance performance, I incorporated a piece of inner-tube between the foot and the kickstand pad to minimize vibration while in motion. Notably, thicker versions were added after observing wear on regular parts following months of use, utilizing the same bolts as non-thickened versions for compatibility.
