To print two colors, first activate Post Processing Scripts in Cura. Navigate to Extensions, then Post Processing, and finally Modify-G-Code. Pause at height and select Layer XY from the menu. The print will pause exactly on the specified layer number. Now change filament and press OK to resume printing.
