If you have raised the handlebars on a Honda ST1100 then your steering stem tube may be exposed to water. This is a simple bung to plug into the steering stem hole to keep the weather out. Add a badge or sticker for a better look. My 3D printed bung was a press fit, but some sealer around the inner peg will ensure that it stays put and keeps the water out.
