Honda ST1100 rear ABS sensor adapter
thingiverse
My ABS sensor was dead and tried to replace it with an aftermarket one, based on a youtube video I found. Video here: https://youtu.be/rJDAhVeCUvY Sensor used: Honeywell 1GT101DC Sensor link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000982835825.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.28.7a2418027f58Yi The project has 3mm on Z axis because my sensor holder was broken and I had to solder it back. As I measured, the adapter should have 4mm on Z axis but you can increase it in the slicer. Distance between the sensor and the pulsar ring should be between 1 and 2mm. Sensor schema: Black & Red wire - Positive Black wire - Negative Black and white wire - Signal For the motorcycle better measure and identify the polarity. For that, turn the ignition on and use a multimeter: Positive - Should have around 12V (in my case was black) Negative - Should have 0V (in my case was green) Signal - Should have around 5V (in my case was blue) Print in ABS with 100% infill and 0.1 resolution
