For certain Honda cars from 1986-1991, the seatbelt button tends to become brittle and break over time. To address this issue in my 1989 CRX, I reconstructed the part using a Stratasys 3D printer back in 2006. The print required support material and was positioned on its side for enhanced layer strength. If needed, I can provide the 2006 version of the SolidWorks file.
