Honda Ruckus RAM Mount
thingiverse
This is a sleek, low-profile handlebar mount engineered for seamless integration with RAM ball mounts. I'm particularly fond of RAM Mount's X-Grip phone mount, but its standard handlebar mounts feature a lengthy linkage that leaves your phone awkwardly protruding from the handlebar. This clever design capitalizes on the rubberized surface of the ball by clamping the crossbar firmly against it, generating resistance to rotation around the crossbar's axis. Although I initially designed this for use with stock Honda Ruckus handlebars and the X-Grip mount, its adaptability extends far beyond that. It can be effortlessly paired with any RAM ball mount product and securely clamp onto an 8mm diameter rod. If you find the mount to be slightly loose, a single layer of duct tape wrapped around the handlebar should provide a snug fit. To assemble this part, you'll need: * 3 M3x30 socket cap screws * 3 M3 Nylock nuts This design is optimized for FDM machines, with holes intentionally oversized to simplify assembly. Depending on your machine's specifications, you may need to drill out the holes with a 3mm drill bit before inserting the screws. The part's support material can be easily removed using a small flathead screwdriver. Designed with SolidWorks 2017, this mount is sure to provide a secure and convenient solution for mounting your phone or other devices on your handlebars.
