If you're like me and stripped all the unnecessary components off your Honda Rebel 250, you'll need to find a new home for the electrical bits that were attached to the air box and elsewhere. At first, I just used wire ties to secure everything to the frame. It works, but it's not exactly aesthetically pleasing. So, I came up with this super simple pan that fits snugly under the seat above where the air box used to reside. This pan drops right in and is secured with zip ties. You can then zip tie all your electrical components together, and everything will fit neatly inside the pan, staying put once you're done. One thing to note: this design requires support during printing. My initial print had 2 walls, 3 bottom layers, and 3 top layers, but only 10% infill cubic volume. Unfortunately, it cracked when I tried to force the wires into place. A bit more infill – perhaps 20 or 30% – and using 3 shells instead of just one might produce a stronger print.
