I fabricated this to replace a malfunctioning door lamp in my wife's 2005 Honda Pilot. It was manufactured with transparent PLA and dense concentric infill. No support material is required. It snaps securely into place. The fit is precise. I haven't yet subjected the PLA part to intense summer heat, but if it fails, I'll create a new one from ABS. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: concentric Notes: Quick update: June 9th in Phoenix, AZ. Temperatures soared above 100 degrees last week. No PLA part warping has occurred yet. So far, so good. OK... Here's my final note: September 9th, minimal warping is evident. The part still looks excellent. I'm not going to recreate it.
