I attached this hook to my 2016 Honda PCX for carrying shopping, and I designed it to swivel with the handlebars using a ball joint mechanism. Since it's not possible to assemble after printing, I had to print it as an assembly. The material used was PETG, but it can also be made in ABS or PLA.
