Honda Outboard Keyswitch Adapter
thingiverse
This is an adapter ring to allow the newer fly-by-wire key switch, which has a smaller ~20mm threaded boss, to fit in the older mechanical key switch panel which has a 25mm hole. If you are putting a new fly-by-wire engine on a boat that originally had a mechanical engine, then you'll have the problem that the newer key switch panel won't cover the holes left by old panel. To get round this I kept the old panel but used the new switch. This does leave the original warning lights fitted but redundant, but that's better than ugly holes in your boat! It's not just a simple spacer ring, I've included the relevant flats to stop the keyswitch turning so doesn't rely on the tightness of the nut. I used PLA to print mine, and went for 100% for a bit more strength. The part is completely hidden when fitted so shouldn't be effected by sunlight.
