This part failed on both sliding doors, but I'm uncertain if it's a common issue on both sides. The original design was created specifically for the left sliding door. To build this stronger design, I made adjustments that make it a bit thicker in most areas than the original version. I recommend printing with 100% infill for added strength, especially since my RepRap required setting Slic3r to pause for two seconds between layers so the PLA can cool completely before continuing. Update: On August 28th, 2015, I realized that a piece made from PLA was bent after being inserted into the door. Apparently, it was too hot in the door and that's why it failed. To avoid this issue in the future, a new design using ABS is currently going into the door.
