Honda NX 250 fairing screw replacement

I lost one screw from my old Honda NX 250 motorcycle fairing. The original nut holder, a rubber fit, was destroyed by time (you can see on the picture). I installed a distance holder for the screw to protect the fairing; this prevents excessive torque on the plastic and potential damage to it. A big screwhead provides even power distribution - I aim to preserve these properties. Unfortunately, all I had available were M5 hexagon bolts and nuts, which I had to use. First, press a M5 nut into the Nut Holder. The Nut Holder and Nut Holder Clip should hold the nut in place while you screw it. Press the clip through the existing hole in the nut holder to secure it. Alternatively, use the left Nut Holder Clip (nutclipleft), but this is not necessary - the normal Nut Holder Clip will suffice. Next, pass the M5 Screw with its distance holder through the fairing and into the nut. Tighten them securely. To maintain the original screw head's 4mm Inbus shape (also known as an Allen bolt), I created a Screw Cover. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as expected so far; either my Inbus is faulty or the cap keeps slipping off the screwhead.
