My son recently pointed out a problem with the exhaust system on his Honda MT-5 - oil was dripping and fumes were building up, making it an urgent issue to address. I asked him to draw the affected part in Fusion 360, and then we printed it using my Pi-ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black filament. The result was impressive, and the leakage stopped immediately. However, I'm now curious to see how well this new part will handle high temperatures and vibrations as the weather warms up - a concern that's especially relevant since my ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black filament is designed to withstand UV rays without issue. I used my upgraded Replicator 1 with a Bondtech extruder, which performed exceptionally well. The print settings included an 0.8mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, and a temperature of 220 degrees Celsius (50 on the platform) with a speed of 3000mm/min.
