I Printed a Replacement Key Housing for a 2003 Honda Accord with My TAZ 5 at Home. The Electronics From My Old Key Was Thicker Than @Cleven's Original Design, and I Didn't Have a Panic Button. The new key is a printed replica of the original, with the electronics positioned to leave space for the immobiliser chip. This little chip is extremely important - it's a glass tube under a white plastic sleeve in the original key, so be careful not to lose it or your key will lock into place when you try to start the engine. To fix this, just hold the chip near the ignition until the lock releases. I updated my design files on May 14, 2015 to reflect these changes and better fit my keys' unique needs.
