Honda is now sharing STL files of their concept cars, enabling people to print them using 3D printers. The low-resolution file is about 10MB in size, while the high-resolution file is slightly over 100MB. A Makerbot was used to demonstrate the printing process on Honda's website. According to their terms and conditions, users are allowed to use, distribute, and even publish the files, but they can't make any monetary gain from it. The model can be found and downloaded from honda-3d.com.
