This is the Honda Elysion wing mirror gear that is prone to failure. it is 13mm O/D and has 24 teeth, with a 4.61deg bias and works with the existing work gear. It is a press fit onto the steel shaft and the tapered end should be pushed home against the steel 2nd work gear.
