This custom design for a Honda Elite 250 speedometer lens trim was created from scratch. This piece is part of the speedometer lens (Honda part number 37211-KM1-831), and it cannot be purchased separately. Since the lettering on this part is quite small, you must print at a resolution of 50um. If you have an excellent slicer, you might be able to get away with 100um. The holes for the oil reset, trip reset, and clock adjust buttons are identical to the original part, so the rubber inserts from an old part can be used with this printed part. I spent some time in Fusion 360 creating the CAD file for the rubber inserts thinking that they could be printed in Ninja Flex, but never actually printed them. If you're interested, contact me and I'll be happy to share the CAD file if I still have it. This part is approximately 300 mm long, so you will need a printer with a large print bed. We printed this part diagonally on a Prusa i3 MK2 print bed (250 mm x 210 mm) and it just barely fit. We printed in ABS for a more weather-resistant part; however, printing high-resolution ABS can be tricky. If you have trouble printing in ABS, just print some extra copies of the part in PLA and swap them out as needed. If this part interests you, then you will likely enjoy the Honda Elite CH250 Owners Group on Yahoo.
